Mike's 30 years of experience gives him in-depth knowledge of the entire construction process, from preliminary budgeting to project close out. Mike has personally estimated and managed over $500 million of Educational, Financial, Commercial, healthcare, Multi-family, Institutional and Industrial projects. Project success is obtained through a team of professionals utilizing a partnership approach. Moore Construction Services has the experience, knowledge and company philosophy necessary to lead the process and the project to meet expectations.

Job Summary

This position requires a detail-minded, proactive team leader with good communication skills and the ability to efficiently strategize and manage all aspects of a construction project to support Moore Construction Services’ core values of Results, Reliability and Commitment with the ultimate goal to Positively Impact Lives.

  • Develop Construction Schedule
  • Cost Accounting
  • Submittal Review
  • Conduct Job Meeting
  • Scope Review
  • Maintain Adherence to Quality and Safety
  • Generate Subcontractor Contracts
  • Project Presentations – RFP’s
  • Project Profitability
  • Position the Field Staff to Succeed
  • Create Subscribers (repeat business)

 

Qualifications

• Read and Understand Construction Plans

• Understand MEP Building Systems

• Knowledge of Safety Standards and Construction-Related Legal Issues

• Excellent Communication Skills – Oral and Written

• Computer Knowledge – Word Processing and Spreadsheets

• Ability to Lead and Motivate

Experience: 

Four-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture

 

Education:

Minimum of Five Years in Assisting, Supervising or Running Construction Projects
